Ferona, a.s. has a collective performance contract with EKO-KOM, an authorized packaging company, thus ensuring compliance with requirements stipulated by § 10 and § 12 of Act No 477/2001 on packaging, as amended - see certification.

We also assure you that all packaging we supply to you has already been pre-paid, i.e. fees have already been paid by Ferona, a.s. or suppliers.

Ferona, a.s. also complies with other obligations stipulated by Act No 477/2001 on packaging, as amended.
