SSC - Cutting of hot-rolled coils SSC Bratislava

FERONA – Servis Centrum Slovakia, a.s. Bratislava is a subsidiary of Ferona, a.s., founded in 2008 to broaden the scope of hot-rolled sheet metal available. It is processed on a modern FIMI cutting line, and is unique for deliveries to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Products will be sold via sales departments of Ferona, a.s., Ferona Slovakia, and Ferona Polska.

Its product mix complements the output of the Ferona cutting line in Ostrava. It provides custom cutting services, where based on an order from a specific customer it supplies sheet metal cut to precise dimensions in the shortest possible time. The roll surface can be brushed during the cutting process to increase the finished product's surface quality.

|The production process always includes pre- and post-production quality checks. The pre-production check includes a weight check, a dimension check, a visual inspection of the surface of the source material, and a check that the accompanying documentation is complete. The post-production check includes a dimension check, including that the sides of sheets are perpendicular, weight, packaging, and labelling.

Ferona SCS has QMS certificates per ISO 9001:2015 issued by DQS and IQNet.

|With each product, the company will supply the appropriate attest certificate for the source roll, which is an integral part of each delivery of sheet metal products.

The SCS has a standard packaging method that ensures sufficient protection during handling and shipping (wood spacers, strapping, clips).
